What a blessing...

We have been very busy around our house this past week because we put our house on the market. That means, keeping it clean at all times which is hard to do with a one year old and also having to leave when a realtor says he or she will be here in 30 minutes to show the house. We put the house up on MLS on Tuesday and got a call on Thursday that she would be showing it. Thursday evening we got a call with an offer. We counter offered that evening. She countered again on Friday morning and we waited a while and countered again. We are obviously in no hurry to move so we are not willing to come down much from our original price. We were planning on moving into the house that we built in Harvard Ponds until it sold.

On Sunday evening we got a phone call from our realtor that the house in Harvard Ponds had just received a contract. We were very excited but also thinking that we would be homeless and would be needing to quickly find something. We negotiated the offer on the other house and came to a very nice agreement. We are so excited to have the house sold. Our very first house is gone and we are off to build another. As for our house, we are still in negotations and things will be just fine if we do not sell it. We are very happy where we are in our nice cozy house!!! Just wanted to share with everyone!!!
