What has been called the biggest snow storm since 2000 came on Christmas Eve. Kennedi and Kerrington were able to experience their first white Christmas together. Kerrington of course slept the whole time. Kerrington and Kennedi spent and hour in the car for what should have been a fifteen minute drive from Gigi and Grandpa Mike's after a great Christmas with family. We passed about one hundred cars off in ditches and stuck in the deep snow banks but we thankfully made it home safely. Making the best of the situation, we took Kennedi for her first sled rides down the hill in our neighborhood Christmas day. Kerrington and Bobo sat in the car staying warm while watching out the windows. We took about six runs down the hill and made a few snow angels before winning the parents of the year award and bringing her in from the freezing cold (8 degree wind chill.) It was worth every second of the fun though. Also take notice of Colin's creativity of using the Walmart sack to keep her hiney dry. Who knew they were so handy.
